Unlike the monthly commitment of the ENGAGE and ADVISE tiers, the CONSULT service offers a one-time, intensive Marketing Audit and Strategy Consultation. This half-day session is ideal for companies seeking clarity on their current marketing function and a clear roadmap for growth. Following a preparatory period of discovery and after a 4-hour strategy session, I’ll create a visual map of your marketing function, assess strengths, identify areas for improvement and craft a 90-day action plan designed for immediate execution.


What’s Included:


Discovery Phase: A 7-14 day preparatory period, typically via email correspondence, to gather information and understand your unique needs. I'll assess your marketing team, technology, branding, sales and marketing funnels, campaigns and performance metrics.


Strategy Session: A 4-hour, deep-dive strategy session with your team, on-site or via Zoom, using the Functional Marketing® Framework to analyze your current marketing function and determine essential steps to reach your goals.
