The CONSULT service offers a one-time, intensive Marketing Audit and Strategy Consultation. This half-day session is ideal for companies seeking clarity on their current marketing function and a clear roadmap for growth. Following a preparatory period of discovery and after a 4-hour strategy session, I’ll assess strengths, identify areas for improvement and craft a 90-day marketing plan designed for impactful results.
What’s Included:
Discovery Phase: A 7-14 day preparatory period, typically via email correspondence, to gather information and understand your unique needs.
Strategy Session: A 4-hour, deep-dive strategy session with your team, on-site or via Zoom, using the Functional Marketing® Framework to analyze your current marketing function and determine essential steps to reach your goals.
Deliverables: A customized report including recommended initiatives and campaigns for the next 90 days, and a Functional Marketing® Systems Map to guide your team.

Regular Sprint Planning: Bi-monthly planning calls to set and review goals, as well as annual and quarterly planning sessions.
Continuous Support: Unlimited email correspondence for timely guidance as needed.
